Financial Well-Being Assessment
"Financial well-being describes how someone feels about their financial security and freedom of choice, today and for the future," (
CFPB 2019).
If you're not sure about the current status of your financial well-being, consider taking this short assessment made by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This scale is the first of its kind to measure both an individual's financial preparedness and financial confidence.
Upon completion of the assessment, you will be given your "financial well-being score," and some national comparison graphs. The score you receive does not indicate that you should take any specific actions related to your financial situation. This assessment is intended only for illustrative purposes.
