International Travel Assistance Application

Student Financial Aid (SFA) will provide assistance in the form of grant or loan for air travel expenses incurred by aided undergraduate international students who live outside of the United States. In order to keep the expense within reason, SFA will determine reasonable expenses by comparable price quotes to the destination city booked more than 45 days in advance. Reasonable expenses will be covered by grant and or loan. Higher cost bookings will result in assistance beyond reasonable expenses in loan only. We will cover only one baggage fee if not included with flight. This funding does not cover hotel stays, rental cars, train fare, or Uber/taxi.

Assistance for air travel is limited to one roundtrip per year, or a total of four roundtrips during an undergraduate career.
