Thank you for your interest in The Refresh Program! This is a FREE cognitive behavioral self-help program that has proven effective in improving sleep quality for students at Penn and other colleges and universities, like Stanford, Dartmouth, and the University of Chicago.
In order to enroll into the program, you must complete and submit this pre-registration form.
The Refresh Program is distributed through Canvas and can be completed at your own pace. After completing this full program registration, you will receive an email from "REFRESH PROGAM" with the subject line "Enroll in Refresh!", follow the instructions in the email to activate the Canvas course. From there, you will be prompted to complete 7 modules that include PDFs with sleep information and sleep-promoting activities you can practice.
The data collected from this survey will remain confidential and allow us to measure your specific sleep improvements.
