LGBTQ+ CERTIFICATE: INTENT TO COMPLETE FORM

The LGBTQ+ Certificate is currently open to all part-time and full-time MSW/MSSP/NPL students at SP2, although it is not recommended for MSW Advanced Standing students because it is unlikely that they will be able to complete the certificate requirements within one year. Part-time students should note that required certificate courses may only be available during the day.

After acceptance to the MSW/MSSP/NPL program, students planning to complete the certificate must submit this "Intent to Complete" Form. All interested students should complete the form before the end of their first semester, but applications submitted after the first semester will be considered if students are still able to meet the program requirements before graduation.

Following submission of this form, you will meet with the Director of the LGBTQ+ Certificate, Kim McKay, to plan a course of study. Students are responsible for making sure they complete the certificate requirements.
