Damaged Diploma Replacement Request

We're sorry that your diploma was not perfect when you received it.

If your diploma was damaged when you received it, and you complete the request below within 1-year of degree conferral, we can print a new original diploma for you free of charge. If more than one diploma was damaged, please submit a separate request for each diploma.

Because each student can have only one original diploma per degree granted, later in this form you will be asked to tear your damaged diploma into three pieces and upload a photo of the destroyed diploma. You may want to have this photo ready before you begin completing the form.

It will take 2-3 weeks for your new diploma to be printed. Please allow 2 additional weeks for shipping within the United States and 8 weeks for shipping to international destinations. Graduates with addresses outside the United States are strongly encouraged to purchase trackable express shipping or, if possible, to have their diploma shipped to a friend or family member within the United States.
