The University of Pennsylvania Veterans Upward Bound program (VUB) is FREE and fully federally funded. We support pre-college and undergraduate veterans by preparing them for college, transitioning them to college, and supporting them through the completion of their undergraduate degree. 

We can only service veterans living in the counties: Bucks, PA; Chester, PA; Delaware, PA; Montgomery, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Camden, NJ; Burlington, NJ.
