Thank you for your interest in participating in Public Health and Wellbeing's email education programs! Every semester, we have two email education programs: Refresh, on sleep hygiene, and Penn's Declassified Sex Survival Guide, on sexual health. Descriptions of each program can be found below.

Registration for Spring 2024 has not yet begun. However, if you are interested in participating in one or both of these programs, please fill out this form with your name and email and indicate which program(s) you are interested in participating in. When registration for Fall 2023 officially opens, you will be sent registration links for the programs you are interested in. You are more than welcome to participate in both programs. Registration for spring semesters typically opens in January and registration for fall semesters typically opens in August or September.

Penn's Declassified Sex Survival Guide
Was your high school sex education lacking important information? Do you still have lots of questions about sex? Or are you just looking to learn more about sex, relationships, and your sexual health? Wellness at Penn's Department of Public Health and Wellbeing has a program for you! Penn's Declassified Sex Survival Guide is a 6-week, self-help program that launched in Spring 2020. The program will help you improve your sexual health and relationships with information, tips, and resources emailed directly to you every week! We invite all Penn students to keep their lives safe and sexy by signing up for this exciting program!

Refresh
Having trouble getting enough sleep? How about getting good quality sleep? Simply interested in learning more about how to get more restful nights? You're in luck! Wellness at Penn's Department of Public Health and Wellbeing offers a program called Refresh, which is a 7-week self-help program that includes weekly emails with information and practice activities to help improve sleep quality. Penn students who have completed Refresh showed improvements in overall sleep quality and reduced distressed caused by sleep problems.
