Thank you for participating in our survey. This survey is part of REACH (Research & Equity in Academic-Community Partnerships for Health), a new initiative to create an easy, efficient, and effective way for academics and community organizations to partner in research and practice. REACH is funded by the Office of the Vice Provost of Research (OVPR) and the Penn Injury Science Center, and developed in partnership with the Penn Urban Health Lab.
The purpose of the survey is to understand your perspectives around community-engaged research and academic-community partnerships. Your response will help us design REACH. This survey should take no longer than 10 minutes of your time to complete.
***The term "academics" refers to students, staff, and faculty affiliated with a University or College (examples: Penn, Jefferson, Temple, La Salle).
Eligibility: This survey is for community organizations and community members in Philadelphia. You do not need experience working with academics in research or practice to participate in this survey.
Your participation is completely voluntary, responses are anonymous, and no one will see your responses other than members of the research team. Thank you so much for your participation. Please contact Nicole Thomas at nicoleat@pennmedicine.upenn.edu with any questions or concerns.
